Word-of-Mouth marketing should have one end goal in mind - that
is customer satisfaction, Many local advertisers we talk to believe Word
of Mouth marketing ends there. If it ended there it would be called Being
A Nice Guy Marketing. Lets face it..we're not in this to be nice guys - right?
There's no element of
marketing that requires that you have

spreading the word on your behalf.
- Product Seeding: Placing the right
product into the right hands at the
right time, providing information or
samples to influential individuals.
- Conversation Creation: Interesting
or fun advertising, emails, catch phrases,
entertainment, or promotions designed
to start word of mouth activity.
